Since learning of the sport, Quoc has strived to improve his skills in drifting by attending Club4ag's Drift Day events. Quoc began drifting in a 1984 front wheel drive sentra. After experiencing a few events with that car, Quoc purchased his 1992 Nissan 240SX coupe. From there, his drifting skills skyrocketed as he began winning amateur competitions and gained a license in the professional driving series D1 Grand Prix. With a stock KA24DE motor, Quoc has proven that it doesn't take power to get ahead in the drift world. Dubbed the KA-King by many, Quoc's skills have been noticed, and now drives for Jasper Performance.
